Greetings from the Gulf Coast!

 This has been a busy several weeks over all.  Playing tour guide for my niece's visit to Texas, writing a new series, remodeling a kitchen, having to come to terms with it being time to let our Gunny go, my grandson's birthday at our house (yes in the middle of a remodel) my hubbie's car issues, my mom's post accident decline and new level of health, and so much more - I was in desperate need of what I'm calling "Mental Irresponsibility Days" LOL. 

Let me tell you it's been great. I am here on the Gulf Coast for a conference and am spending a few days with a good friend who to my good fortune lives on the beach. I'm not sure yet which part of the day I like better - the sunny daytime on the sand and walking the shore - did I mention I got in 10k steps yesterday? LOL - or the evenings watching the sunset.

Now I've just sent off what I hope are the final edits of the Baron's book two - Just One Spark and am back to finishing book three Just One Dance.  I had hoped to finish it on the plane ride to the coast, but I still need one more chapter! So hopefully I can finish it off before the conference starts!
