Thanks for stopping by.  If you’re new to my website, I’m the author of over fifty romantic fiction novels, and a series of short stories I call  Flirts. I love to tell a story that sometimes makes you laugh, sometimes makes you cry, often has a surprise or two, but always ends happily ever after.

I live in North Texas with my husband, a rescued German Shepherd who believes himself to be the neighborhood goodwill ambassador (the German Shepherd, not my hubby),  a fifty-pound American Pit Bull who is convinced he's a lapdog.  Occasionally I get to puppysit my Golden Retriever  grandpuppy.  All dutifully sit at my feet as I write my next story.

So come on in, explore my pages, and see what's in store for you!

Greetings from Utah!

Summer has officially begun for me.  I have a dear friend who lives in the Northeast and we try to meet up somewhere once a year to stay in touch. Last year life got crazy and we missed out - but this year it's ROAD TRIP !

We are here in Utah. Started out in Salt Lake City.  Though getting here was less than fun. We had - no surprise - crappy weather in Dallas which sent all sorts of planes and crew schedules into a tizzy. Our 9pm flight finally left at midnight. So I did getting writing in at the airport and like a good girl, I wrote on the flight too rather than nap.

We took an all day tour of the Great Salt Lake and surrounding area - Very pretty to be surrounded by whitecap mountains.

here are the pictures so far -  Of course, I had to step into the lake - just to see what it felt like. Nothing different - but there was no way I was going in far enough to see how well I floated LOL.  The last shot is at heritage park. (I think that's the name)
Anyhow, we've enjoyed the food - though the cooks seem to like spice a bit too much for me - who knew they liked cajun seasoning in Utah LOL.  Had to send back the cuban sandwich and couldn't order the reuben because it was made with a cajun roumelade. Who the heck puts cajun seasonings on a reuben sandwich??? Apparently, Salt Lake City !

Okay - I am off to have lunch with author Elana Johnson before we wander about the mall. Then tomorrow - it's on to northern Utah and Idaho.  Will keep y'all posted.

And of course, will keep writing!

You are such a joy to read about and follow. You encourage me to maybe start writing again. I wrote about maintaining water wells. I wrote about: Feeling good again using Colostrum. Had to kill that book as they said I was not a Dr. They copied it and sold it. He was a Dr. I had a rescue ranch for 29 years. Horses, dogs, cats, goats. I stayed with my parents for 15 years until they passed. Now I caretake a church friend and his animals until he passes. If you have a water well, I will send you a free copy via email. or to a friend. Have fun traveling. I love your writing. Your website is so inspiring and delightful. I also write reviews on books. One review brought back a 12 year old book into great sales. The pelican Trees by Patrick Higgins. Tell me one of your books to read, and I will do a review for you. Patty Clark

how rewarding to rescue all those animals! Am very glad to hear you enjoy reading this page - honestly, there are so many books in several series, it would be impossible for me to tell which one you would enjoy. However, reviews are always appreciated! Thanks for the comments!
