I had a wonderful rest of my visit with the other authors in Galveston

I managed to get the last of edits done on Book One for the new Baron Series - Just One Date. YAY - of course I'm still slaving away to get more books done to keep up with the release schedule but I'm hopeful.

I'm also thrilled to be making progress on my house before the holidays. Sunday we moved everything out of the dining room and living room and found a place for it in the kitchen. Well - some of it is on the counter because the shelves haven't been installed - but it's progress!

Today the electrician ran the new circuit for the oven so after the a/c vent is installed on Wed - we can install the cabinet and oven - yay!! It really looks like I'm going to have a functioning kitchen for Thanksgiving :)

Just a quick reminder that my Christmas stories are in one collection 'Tis The Season and - on sale! for only 99 cents! - Tell ALL your friends - okay - tell your enemies too LOL :)

Okay - that's it for today - I think next week will be slower paced - at least - I hope so!

Wow, that's really cutting it close! At first I thought your Thanksgiving was this Thursday, then realized it's next week, but still, that's tight. Praying it all works out for you. Love the pictures of you and your fellow writers :)

well - IF - our thanksgiving were this thursday - we'd be cooking with the oven on the floor and walking around the big cabinet! LOL

So far - the plan is to build out the a/c duct at the top tomorrow - then the cabinet will be installed

Then Friday the Oven will be installed - Odds are almost all the kitchen will be functionable for Thanksgiving - except the island - IF i can get that done it will be a miracle LOL
